    个人简介

       吴晨凯，1988年出生于上海。昆山杜克大学助理教授、副研究员、全球健康硕士专业主任。2011年本科毕业于浙江大学心理学系；2011-2017年就读于美国俄勒冈州立大学，获得流行病学博士、卫生统计学硕士、人类发展与家庭研究理学硕士。2017-2018年，担任纽约医科大学流行病学系助理教授。

       江苏“双创计划”人才、华西医院国家老年疾病临床医学研究中心专家库专家、东南亚青年领袖倡议项目导师、江苏省老年医学学会慢病健康管理分会常务委员。在流行病学、老年医学和老年学、心血管疾病领域发表SCI论文90余篇；参与编撰学术著作3部。正在或曾参与国家科技部、江苏省教育厅、江苏省科技厅、梅琳达-盖茨基金会、美国国立健康研究所等资助的研究项目。研究成果被超过100家知名国内外媒体报导，其中包括南方周末、华尔街日报、美国国家公共广播、哈佛商业评论等。

    孩童期有过困难生活经历的老年人更容易抑郁？

       抑郁是老年人常见的精神疾病。具体表现为记忆、学习、执行能力及注意力等能力减退，严重危害老年人身心健康，给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。近年来，研究人员逐渐认识到生命早期经历对于抑郁发病的重要性。然而，既往研究主要关注教育和家庭经济水平，无法充分反映早期生活环境的多元性。 

       我们基于教育水平、家庭经济状况、营养、家庭暴力、邻里环境和孩童期健康等6项指标，构建了适合中国老人的早期生活经历困难指数。研究发现：早期生活经历越困难的老人抑郁风险越高。这一发现为老年人抑郁的早期干预提供了新线索。研究结果发表在《Journal of Affective Disorders》。

    健康老龄化“茶”指数

       如何评估老年人个体健康老龄水平是老年科学的一大热点。我们利用六项简单的临床指标构建了一套评估健康老龄化工具（Chinese Healthy Aging Index；“茶”指数）。研究发现：“茶”指数能够区分健康水平不同的老人。值得注意的是，在没有任何慢性病的群体中，拥有最好和最差“茶”指数的老人死亡率相差近8倍。这一工具的开发为针对乐活老人的健康管理提供了新思路。

       研究结果发表在《Journal of the American Geriatrics Society》。

    失能老人能恢复独立生活吗？

       失能：指的是老年人吃饭、洗澡、穿衣、上厕所、室内活动等日常生活必须由他人协助完成。失能给老年人、照护者和社会都造成了严重的负担。利用两项大型队列研究，我们发现：衰弱状态很大程度上决定了老年人在失能后恢复独立生活能力的可能性。衰弱老人在失能后恢复的可能性只有非衰弱老人的一半。衰弱评估能帮助医务人员制定更有效和实际的康复目标。

       研究结果发表在《The Journals of Gerontology: Medical Sciences》。

    衰弱症在中国老人中常见吗？

       衰弱是一种老年综合征，常见于高龄和共病的老年人。衰弱老年人对外界应激的应对能力降低，发生跌倒、失能和死亡风险增加。然而，衰弱的研究在中国刚起步，流行病学特征尚不清楚。我们利用中国健康与养老追踪调查数据，第一次对全国范围老年人的衰弱患病情况进行调查。研究显示：我国60岁以上老年人衰弱患病率为7%，而在85岁以上老年群体中则高达32.5%。衰弱分布呈现明显的地域差异，内陆地区患病率明显高于沿海地区。

       研究结果发表在《The Journals of Gerontology: Medical Sciences》。

    孩童期的生活经历会影响健康长寿吗？

       您是否常常听别人感叹，随着年龄的增长，免疫力有所下降，体力不如从前了？您是否听说过某某老人因为摔了一跤而导致身体状况急剧下降？您家中的老人是否渐渐开始频繁进出医院？这些都可能与衰弱症有关。衰弱症的发生与很多因素有关，学者专家们一致认为早期生活的行为因素、生理因素以及环境风险因素会对老年人的健康产生影响。我们利用中国养老追踪调查数据探究中国老年人早期生活经历与衰弱症关系。研究发现：父亲及个人受教育程度，童年邻里环境，以及儿童时期健康水平是影响老年患衰弱症的主要风险因素。

       研究结果发表在老年学期刊《Age and Ageing》。

    金海钰

    卫生统计研究员

       2017年本科毕业于浙江大学公共管理学院劳动与社会保障专业；2019年获得同专业硕士学位，具有扎实的量化分析背景以及丰富的数据管理和统计建模经验。2019年7月加入团队，主要负责衰弱的流行病学和危险因素评估，长期照护政策、费用和需求分析等项目的数据管理、统计分析和论文撰写工作。任职期间，以第一作者发表SCI论文3篇，另有1篇论文在审。

       目前，海钰在英国南安普顿大学攻读老年学博士。

    张克涵

    数据分析研究员

       2016年本科毕业于美国杜克大学，主修经济，统计与计算机。对利用各种统计学方法与应用各类统计学模型进行健康类研究和疾病分析有着浓厚兴趣。2020年2月以全职数据分析员身份加入团队，主要负责老年人心脑血管亚健康和社会邻里环境风险评估等项目的数据清理、统计建模和论文撰写工作。参与完成SCI论文2篇。

       克涵曾于2017年3月至2019年11月在美国从事马球运动。目前，在哈佛大学攻读统计专业博士。

    李亚茜

    卫生统计研究员

       2015年毕业于四川大学华西公共卫生学院预防医学专业；2018年获得四川大学流行病与卫生统计学专业硕士，具有丰富的定性和定量研究经验，掌握多种医学统计数据建模方法和统计分析软件。2018年7月加入团队，负责衰弱症的流行病学和临床研究、躯体韧性（resilience）的构建等项目的数据分析和论文撰写工作。就职期间，发表SCI论文4篇，其中第一作者3篇。

       本科毕业于上海交通大学软件工程专业，获工学学士学位。毕业后，在业界工作数年，从事大数据分析工作。主要研究方向是使用计算方法研究人群健康问题。2020年5月加入团队，担任实习数据分析员。目前工作主要是为中国老年人血压控制项目提供数据挖掘和统计建模等技术支持。目前在英国曼彻斯特大学攻读健康数据科学专业硕士学位。

         2018年获得深圳大学生物技术专业理学学士学位，硕士毕业于昆山杜克大学全球健康硕士专业。研究兴趣包括：健康老龄化，老年痴呆的早期干预和评估和老年人医疗支出预测。2019年12月加入团队，担任实习数据分析员。主要参与中国老年人贫血流行学分析、老年人社会环境风险评估、中国老年人失能预测等项目。以第一作者发表SCI论文2篇。

         昆山杜克大学2018级本科生，全球健康（生物方向）专业在读。多次参与使用R，Stata等统计软件进行数据分析的全球健康项目并撰写报告，研究主题涵盖抑郁症与收入的关系、ALDH2基因缺陷与认知障碍、老年人的饮食质量等。于2020年5月加入团队，担任实习数据分析员，参与撰写SCI论文2篇。

      周佳仪

      实习助理研究员

         本科毕业于武汉大学健康管理专业。主要研究兴趣包括老年心理健康、慢病和缓和疗护。现已发表2篇关于老年人心理健康及健康相关行为的SCI论文，同时也全程参与了缓和疗护相关研究课题。曾前往英国、马来西亚、泰国、台湾等地区进行交流活动，也曾在农村地区策划参与多个健康宣教活动。2020年7月加入团队，担任实习助理研究员,参与撰写政策报告1份和SCI论文1篇。目前在香港大学攻读公共卫生学硕士。

         2020年毕业于圣路易斯华盛顿大学布朗学院，公共卫生硕士。主要研究兴趣包括：基于证据前瞻性的癌症预防方法和系统化地将性别纳入公共卫生研究。目前正在使用SEER数据库探究急性髓细胞样白血病的五年生存率是否存在性别差异。2020年1月加入团队，负责中老年人生理年龄预测的数据整理工作。未来将继续完成当前研究，积累科研和工作经验，尝试申请全球健康或社会工作相关博士。

      作为入门级的全球健康理学硕士项目核心课程之一，本课程旨在介绍卫生统计学和流行病学方法，为学生未来从事全球健康科研和实践工作打下坚实的基础。本课程采用课堂讲授、案例分析、上机操作相结合的多元化教学模式。学生将深入了解定量数据分析的基本知识和重要性，并熟练掌握运用专业统计软件Stata进行数据库清理、数据描述、数据可视化、推断统计分析等工作。学生还将初步了解常用统计学检验方法（如t检验、方差分析、回归分析）和流行病学研究范式（如队列研究和病例对照研究）的原理和适用范围。

         本课程作为一门进阶课程，在前序课程《流行病学与卫生统计学方法 I》的基础上，对卫生统计学方法和流行病学研究范式进行深度扩展。向学生介绍全球健康研究方法中常见的问题和解决方法，内容包括：混淆因素控制、测量误差控制、缺失值处理、中介变量和调节变量、统计效能计算、信效度检验、生存分析和元分析等。本课程着重培养学生自主创新和独立进行科研工作的能力，学生将自主选择研究题目并找到合适的数据库，完成数据管理、清洗、分析和呈现等工作，最终撰写一篇规范的定量研究论文。

         减轻疾病痛苦和提升健康水平是当今世界每一个国家和地区所面对的重大挑战，需要通过跨学科、跨部门和跨国家的有效合作来得以实现。健康问题的多面性、复杂性和不确定性要求我们必须打破传统学科界限，用全新的眼光来审视健康科学与生物学、经济学、社会保障学、环境科学、法学和伦理学的交叉融合。作为全球健康入门课程，我们将从自然科学，社会科学和人文科学等不同角度来了解全球健康的定义、起源、历史、重要性、研究方法和未来发展。我们还将以案例的形式来探索支撑全球健康发展的基础设施、政策法规和干预模式。

      本科生：2019春学期

         人类每天生产的数据量之大令人难以置信！其中有许多数据是关于健康的——血压、心率、体温、压力和脑活动。依靠体量庞大的数据和计算机科学的进步，科学家现在能高效地管理和处理海量数据，让数据“开口说话”。数据科学正彻底改变整个医疗行业。数据科学几乎被应用于所有健康和生物医学领域，包括药物研发、健康监测、疾病诊断和精准医学等。学生将学习如何运用机器学习、数据挖掘和统计中运用来解决真实世界中人们面临的健康问题。这门极具启发性的课程将为学生赋能，为未来从事健康和生物医学实践和研究打下夯实的基础。

      全球健康：流行病及其控制（英文）

      Global Epidemics and Their Control

      高中生：2019暑期

         自2019年12月起，由新型冠状病毒引起的新冠肺炎正以前所未有的速度肆虐全球，目前已造成超过42万人死亡（截至2020年6月16日）。全球范围内的传染病大爆发并不是新鲜事物，人类历史上曾遭遇过多次传染病大爆发（如流感、霍乱、瘟疫、天花等），它们造成了亿万人的死亡，给人类带来了巨大的灾难。各国政府和国际组织对于防范和控制流行病爆发和传播的方法在过去的100多年里不断改进。本课程重在实践，通过对疾病爆发案例的研究，探讨技术、社会、经济和政治环境因素在全球范围内如何影响疾病的传播和控制。
